Paul Reed talks business to Brit MMA: "I need a big win, and I think I've got a couple coming as well. SFC FIGHTER TRYS OUT FOR TUF
SFC Fighter, David "Gladiator" Galbraith recently flew out to the East Coast of the USA to try out for the next ULTIMATE FIGHTER series. The trials were hugely competitive with over 600 entrants on the day. A frightening number of fighters when you compare that to the paltry UK auditions some time ago with a fraction of that amount. However, David done well with his "audition" which included some rolling and pad work. He also managed to grab some camera time with a leading US Network! We look forward to seeing Galbraith compete in the upcoming tournament at SFC2: Retribution.
AC3 Results
Two of our upcoming tournament title fighters saw action at AC3 this weekend. Robert Whiteford won by TKO Rd1; Bobby McVitie lost by decision; Making the event all the more interesting as Whiteford aims to keep his winning streak alive (with devastating ground n' pound) while McVitie will be seeking another W on his record after another loss on the bounce. All the more interesting that McVitie has beaten Whiteford previously yet lost to David Galbraith at the last SFC. Also at this event: Graham Turner won (decision); Rob McCrum won (decision); James Mair lost (TKO); Kieran Malone won (decision).

Graham Turner's coach talks MMA
It would not be unreasonable to expect a sport described as "human chess" to be a relatively sedate affair; a battle of wills, mind pitted against mind as two competitors strive to outwit each other. Such cerebral clashes are not often decided by the application of fist to nose, but that is how many of James Doolan's...
